口腔摄影在前牙美学修复中的运用体会

摘　　要：目的观察口腔数码摄影在前牙美学修复中的应用效果。方法选取136例需要行前牙修复的患者并随机分为两组,68例采用常规3D-Master比色板比色作为常规组,68例患者在常规组基础上,术前对修复基牙及邻牙采用数码拍照,将数码图象同时发送给技师作为拍照组,对136例患者分别行全瓷修复及烤瓷修复,术后2周由同一医生观察并评价两组患者前牙美学修复效果。结果两组患者各项指标满意度均超过80%,但拍照组修复体颜色、切端半透明性及个性特征满意率均明显高于常规组(P<0.05),两组患者形态及表面结构满意率无显著差异。结论使用数码口腔摄影应用于前牙美学修复术比色中,可提高修复体的美学效果.Objective To observe the oral digital photography in the esthetic restoration of anterior teeth in the application effect.Methods Select 136 patients need before dental restoration patients were randomly divided into two groups,68 cases were treated with conventional 3D-Master shade guide than color as the routine group,68 patients in the conventional group basis,preoperative prosthetic abutments and adjacent teeth using digital camera,digital image also send technicians as photo group.136 patients were all ceramic restorations and ceramic restorations,2 weeks after operation by the same doctor observation and evaluation of two groups of patients with anterior dental esthetics restoration.Results Two patients each index satisfaction to all exceed 80%,but the camera repair group body color,incisal translucency and personality characteristics of satisfaction rate higher than that of conventional group（P 0.05）,two groups of patients with morphology and surface structure of satisfaction rate had no significant difference.Conclusion The use of digital dental photography used in esthetic restoration of anterior teeth with colorimetric,can improve the restorations in the aesthetic effect.
