摘　　要：基于 Internet的远程教育是当前 Internet应用的热点 ,教学资源的组织和发布是其中的一项关键技术 .本文在简要分析可扩展标记语言 XML 的基础上 ,介绍了清华大学远程教学系统中基于 XML 的同步多媒体课件制作子系统 .该子系统采用基于 XML 的同步多媒体集成语言 SMIL 进行资源组织 ,以 HTML+同步控制模块的形式进行资源发布 ,使得课件的制作符合国际标准 ,并且与当前流行的Distance Learning based on the Internet is a h ot research area in current Internet application field. Courseware publishing and organization is one of its crucial technologies. After introducing eXtensible Ma rkup Language (XML), this paper presents a synchronized multimedia courseware pu blishing system based on XML. The system organizes the education resource with S ynchronization Multimedia Integration Language (SMIL) derived from XML and publi shes the courseware in the form of HTML+synchronization control, which makes the courseware fit the international standard and integrate with HTML.
