摘　　要：企业家战略领导能力是带领企业持续健康发展的重要因素之一,能力需要一定有效的机制才能更好发挥,企业家战略领导能力需要通过战略决策机制优化才能更好发挥。文献梳理建立两者理论模型与假设,并通过实证研究发现:企业家战略领导能力对战略决策机制有显著正向影响;战略规划能力和战略实施能力对战略决策机制的影响最为显著。Entrepreneur strategic leadership is one of the important factors in development of enterprises. Ca- pacity needs some effective mechanisms to better play. Entrepreneur＇ s strategic leadership should play better through strategic decision- making mechanism. Establishing the theory model and hypothesis through a literature review and through empirical study found： entrepreneur strategic leadership have significantly positive effect on stra- tegic decision- making mechanisms; strategy planning and strategy implementation capability has the most signifi- cant effect on strategic decision -making mechanism.
