摘　　要：数据分割是分布式数据库管理系统常常需要解决的关键问题之一．所谓数据分割问题就是研究如何将应用系统中的数据库分割成合理的片断（对用户透明），以达到降低系统处理费用、提高系统的分布并行处理能力和增强结点自治性的目的．首先简述对关系的分割方法，然后综述目前国际上关于面向对象数据库中对类的分割的研究成果．Data partition is one of the critical issues deserving of being solved well in distributed database management systems. The issue is about how to split databases in applied systems into rational fragments (transparent to end user) so as to achieve the goals of reducing the cost of system processing, improving the power of parallel processing, and enhancing the autonomy of each node of the distributed environment. In this paper, the ways of partitioning relation are presented in brief and then the latest research work in the world on partitioning class in OODBS is surveyed.
