舒肝解郁胶囊治疗老年冠心病心律失常患者焦虑、抑郁疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨舒肝解郁胶囊治疗老年冠心病心律失常伴焦虑、抑郁的疗效。方法将76例冠心病合并焦虑、抑郁的老年患者按就诊顺序随机分为舒肝解郁胶囊研究组38例和帕罗西汀对照组38例,在冠心病常规治疗的基础上进行治疗6周观察。用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评定疗效,采用治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果治疗6周末,舒肝解郁胶囊组有效率为86.84%,帕罗西汀组有效率为84.21%,疗效相当,两组比较差异无显著性(χ2=0.12,P>0.05);两组TESS评分比较差异有统计学意义(t=6.09,P<0.05)。舒肝解郁胶囊组不良反应明显较少。结论舒肝解郁胶囊为一种安全有效和耐受性良好的抗抑郁药物。Objective To assess the efficacy of suganjieyu capsule in the treatment of anxious and depressive symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease arrhythmia.Methods According to hospitalization sequence,76 depressive symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease arrhythmia were randomly divided into two groups,suganjieyu capsule group（n=38）and paroxitine group（n=38）,and treated for 6 weeks.HAMD and HAMA were used to assess efficacy.And the side effects were evaluated by TESS.Results At the end of the 6th week,The total effective rate of the suganjieyu capsule group was 86.84%,that of the paroxitine group was 84.21%,（χ2=0.12,P0.05）There were no significant differences in HAMD and HAMA between two groups.There was significant difference between two groups in TESS（t=6.09,P0.05）.Extrapramidal side effects in patients of suganjieyu capsule group were significantly fewer.Conclusion Suganjieyu capsule is an antipsychotic with better efficacy and tolerance and less side effects.
