摘  要:目的了解小学教师职业倦怠、工作投入现状及其关系。方法采用《教师职业倦怠量表》与Utrecht工作投入量表对江苏省某市316名小学教师进行调查。结果不同性别的小学教师职业倦怠、工作投入差异均不显著;不同年龄的小学教师职业倦怠、工作投入差异达到显著水平,有统计学意义(F=2.84,2.76,5.63,P<0.05,F=4.82,4.27,4.49,P<0.01);小学教师工作投入与职业倦怠回归显著,有统计学意义。结论小学教师职业倦怠明显,工作投入对职业倦怠有较好的预测作用,可以通过增加工作投入预防职业倦怠。Objective To understand the primary school teachers occupation burnout,work engagement and their relationship.Methods Using the" Teachers Occupation Burnout Inventory" working with Utrecht investment scale to investigate 350 primary school teachers of Jiangsu province.Results There were no significant gender differences in occupation burnout and work engagement of the primary school teachers;There were significant differences in occupation burnout(F=2.84,2.76,5.63;P0.05) and work engagement(F=4.82,4.27,4.49;P0.01) among different age of primary school teachers;Primary school teachers occupation burnout was negatively correlated with job involvement.Conclusion Primary school teachers exist serious occupation burnout,and work engagement can predict their occupation burnout;We can work by increasing the investment for prevention of occupation burnout.
