摘　　要：以哈尔滨市完达山牛奶配送站和家乐福超市为研究对象,将配送站与家乐福点对点之间的配送运输距离换算为成本,基于表上作业法找出最佳路线。在设定的条件下优化不同运输方式下的点对点之间的配送路线,以及在配送站不同运行状况下最佳点对点配送路线。进一步以论文中优选出的最小距离成本路线为基础,在哈尔滨不同路段的交通条件约束下,对已选的路线进行局部调整,以满足实际配送需求。In this paper, with the milk station of Harbin Wandashan and the supermarket Carefour as the study object, we converted the point-to-point distance between the two into cost and identified the optimal distribution route using the tabular method. Then we optimized the point-to-point distribution route with different transportation modes under different conditions as well as under different operation conditions of the milk station. Then further, on the basis of the route with the minimum cost, we adjusted the routes selected reader the constraint of the traffic condition of the different sections of Harbin.
