摘  要:目的:了解表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)衍生物的稳定性。方法:用高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定EGCG及其衍生物在60℃和低温强光照射下的稳定性。结果:在60℃和低温强光照射10d后,全乙酰化EGCG(AcEGCG)和丙基化EGCG(2c)的含量均基本不变,而EGCG的含量分别约为5%和10%。结论:在高温和低温强光照射下,固体AcEGCG和2c均比EGCG稳定。Objective: To study the stability of (-)-epigallocatechin gallate derivatives. Methods: The stability of AcEGCG, 2c and EGCG solid was determined by HPLC. The open weighing bottle with powder of AcEGCG, 2c or EGCG was put at 60℃ and in light box (6-7℃, 4500 LX), respectively, 5 mg AcEGCG,2c or EGCG was taken out of weighing bottle at 0, 5, 10 d, and the content of AcEGCG or EGCG was analyzed by HPLC. Results: From 0 to 10 d, the content of AcEGCG or 2c did not change both at 60℃ and in light box, but the content of EGCG decreased by 5% at 60℃ and 10% in light box, respectively.Conclusion. AcEGCG and 2c solid are much more stable than EGCG solid at 60℃ and in light box.
