摘　　要：讨论免费师范生教育实践指导教师的构成及其能力要求对于提高免费师范生教育实践能力及教师教育质量具有重要意义。目前我国教育实践指导教师基本可按指导教师归属单位与指导教师责任范围进行分类。而各类型指导教师能力结构的分析则可依据教学活动"双主体"理念、以能力结构为核心的"指导教师专业化"理念及基于指导教师能力结构的"指导教师管理观"三种基本理念,构建以指导教师基本素养、指导教师专业能力与特质、指导教师各角色具体行为与能力要求为主要内容的教育实践指导能力结构框架。Discussion that the structure and its capacity requirements of the tutors of the second free education is very important for improving students＇ practical ability and the quality of teacher education. At present, the instructors can be classified of vested units and accountability range. The structure of instructors＇ capacity can be based on three concept of ＂double subject in teaching activity＂, ＂the instructor specialization＂, ＂competency- based instructor management＂. And the structure of tutors＇ abihties should be composes of basic literacy, tutoring professional characteristics and capacity requirements.
