摘　　要：在经济法本科教学中开展案例教学对学生、教师以及整个教学而言都有极大的意义。在教学中,对经济法案例的选择要注重选择最具典型性的、启示性的和与相关法规融会贯通的案例。而经济法案例在教学中的运用方式也并非单一不变的,而是由教师根据经济法教学内容的需要灵活地运用多种方式,如案例直述法、案例比较法、案例讨论法等,以便更好地锻炼学生的法律思维能力和法学实践能力。It is of great importance in using economic law cases in teaching economic law for the students, teachers and the teaching. In the teaching of economic law, case selection should pay more attention to the following fields. The case should be the one of most typical, enlightenment and related laws and regulations. In addition, in order to better train the legal thinking ability and practical ability of students, the teachers should choose different case application ways in the teaching according to the content of courses, such as case addressing method, ease comparison method, case discussion method and so on.
