摘　　要：【目的】编制护士职业生涯规划调查问卷,并检验其信度和效度。【方法】运用文献法、访谈法形成问卷的条目池,并请护理专家对问卷内容进行筛查,形成原始问卷。选择30名不同科室、年资的护士进行测试,系统分析问卷的信度、效度。【结果】条目分析显示问卷中34个条目的区分度良好;探索性因素分析结果提取出特征根大于1的公因子5个,分别是自我认知、人际关系、职业目标、行动计划和专业环境评估,共34个条目。单个因素解释的方差在6%以上,累计方差贡献率是57.71%,显示问卷具有较好结构效度。问卷总的内部一致性系数为0.88,各因子内部一致性系数在0.65～0.82,重测信度为0.86(P<0.01);说明问卷具有一定的内在一致性和稳定性。【结论】本问卷具备较好的信度和效度,可以作为调查护士职业规划情况的工具。[Objective] To develop the career planning questionnaire for nurses in a 3A-level military hospital, and to test its reliability and validity. [ Methods] The original questionnaire was developed by literature review, interview methods. [ Results] The result of item analysis showed that all the 34 items distinguish degree was very acceptable; and exploring factor analysis indicated that the career planning questionnaire for nurses in a 3A-level military hospital had initial eigenvalues of five factors exceeded one, including self-cognizing, connection, occupation aim, action planning, and the evaluating of professional circumstance , there were totally 34 items; a single factor explained the variance of around 6% above, the total cumulative variance was 57.71%, and showed that the construct validity of the questionnaire was very acceptable. The questionnaire internal consistency analyses showed that the Cronbaeh＇ s A score was 0.88, and Cranbaeh＇ s A of five factors ranged from 0.65 to 0.82, also test-retest reliability was 0.86（P 〈 0.01）.The result revealed that the questionnaire has certain internal consistency and stability. [Conclusion] The career planning factors questionnaire for nurses in a 3A-level military hospital has good reliability and validity, which can be used as a valid tools for testing nurse＇ s career planning research.
