摘　　要：加强大学生就业心理教育,对于大学生成功就业具有重要的现实意义。大学生就业心理教育应以职业价值观、自我认知、职业认知、心理调适教育为主要内容,通过就业心理咨询、职业心理测评、就业实践、就业心理教育教学和活动等形式提升大学生的心理素质。Strengthening students′ psychological education in employment is of important realistic significance to college students′ employment.This education should focus on occupational values,self-awareness,occupation-awareness,and psychological adjustment.College students′ psychological quality could be improved by a variety of teaching activities,such as job-seeking consulting,psychological assessment on occupation,working practice and relative education etc.
