摘 要:以气道的复杂空间曲面为基础,结合现有的三维设计软件,全面定义了柴油机切向气道的关键结构参数,并通过这些参数正向设计完成了12款内燃机气道,用以研究气道结构参数与气道性能的关系。数值模拟结果表明:气道出口处壁面通过对气流的导向作用对涡流强度有较大的影响;在垂直方向,平均涡流比与气道出口壁面的倾斜角度成反比;在水平方向,气门中心和气缸中心连线与气道出口中心线的夹角呈90°时能使平均涡流比达到最大值。With the help of three-dimensional design software, structural parameters of engine tangential intake port were defined successfully based on complex spatial surface. With those specified structure parameters, twelve kinds of ports were completed by forward design method and provided for researching relationship between port structural parameters and port performance. Simulation results show that intake port outlet surface has strong influence on swirl intensity as its guiding effect to air flow, the mean swirl ratio is inversely proportional to inclination angle of the outlet surface in the vertical direction, and in the horizontal direction it reaches the max. value when the angle included between the connecting line from intake valve center to cylinder center and the port outlet centerline is 90°.
