摘　　要：立足重庆市地区调查数据研究发现,义务教育教师专业化发展需要强化政府政策的引导功能,完善教师流动机制,加大后勤保障力度,完善并普及教师继续教育制度和完善教师职称制度、提高教师专业主体地位。The analysis and study of the survey data show that the conduction function of the government policy should be strengthened,the teacher mobility mechanism should be perfected,the logistic security should be enhanced,the teacher’s continuing education system should be popularized and the teachers＇ professional titles system should be perfected and the teachers＇ professional position should be promoted.
