摘　　要：目的:了解国内外公共图书馆网络健康信息服务的现状。方法:运用归纳法对国内外公共图书馆网站、国外合作网站进行调查,并对公共图书馆在网络健康信息服务的典型案例进行深入分析。结果:国外公共图书馆网络健康信息服务主要是以健康信息服务中心的形式开展网络健康服务工作,包括建立合作网站、提供在线健康信息咨询、建立健康自助系统或建立健康信息数据库,以及并为健康网站提供链接服务。我国主要以公共图书馆网站的形式为公众提供健康相关资料,包括为当地医疗机构和患者提供医生联系方式和健康常识视频以及一些在线试听媒体资源。结论:公共图书馆在网络健康信息服务方面,我国与国外发达国家相比存在很大的差距。因此,我国公共图书馆应借鉴国外的先进管理理念和经验,以改进我国的健康信息服务工作。Objective： In order to comprehend the current practices of network health information services in public library at home and abroad. Methods： Analytical induction method was adopted to conduct in-depth analysis of domestic and foreign public library website, health information service, foreign affiliate website and typical cases at home and abroad. Results： Network health information services in foreign public library are mainly carried out in the form of health information services center, including the establishment of the Health Information Centre Website, online Health Information and Reference, Healthy Self-Service System, health links services. The health-related information in China was provided in the major form of public library website, including contact local doctors, Health knowledge Video and Lyrics media resources. Conclusion： There is a considerable gap in China compared with foreign country. Domestic public libraries need to learn from foreign advanced ideas and experiences to enhance and improve the health of our information services.
