摘　　要：武汉交通职业学院国际航运业务管理专业,从2009年至今的3年里,经过艰苦努力,在人才培养模式改革、人才培养方案优化、课程体系构建和职业能力培养途径等方面进行了大胆有益的探索。From 2009 to the present, through hard work, exploration is carried out about professional of international shipping business management in our college, in terms of personnel training mode reform, optimization of personnel training programs, curriculum system building andpathway on vocational ability development.
