摘  要:校园设施的合理规划及有效改善能提高校园设施的使用效率、实现高等教育的可持续发展。在对新校园整体规划分析的基础上,基于设施规划理论,拟定仿真流程,收集、分析与计算人流物流量,构建新校园设施规划仿真模型、设置仿真参数。通过对仿真结果的详细分析,指出校园设施规划中存在的问题、并针对性地提出了可行的硬件改善对策;以及基于学校管理改善的地点调整法和时间调整法两个软件改善对策;仿真验证了改善对策可有效均衡人流物流。文中思路与方法可指导校园规划的合理实现和不断完善,还具有良好的借鉴与范例作用。Reasonable campus'facilities planning and effective improvement can increase the efficiency of the campus facilities and achieve sustainable development of higher education. Through analysis of the new campus'overall planning, Based on the facilities planning theory, this paper first gives simulation process, and then collect, analyze and calculate the logistics amount of the people movement, so a simulation model of campus' facilities planning is built and the simulation parameters are set. Next, through the detailed analysis of the simulation results, some problems of current campus' facilities planning are pointed out. At last, the corresponding and viable improvement measures on the hardware are presented, and two improvement measures on the software (the location adjustment method and the time adjustment method) based school management improvement are also given;these measures can effectively balance logistics flow of the people movement by simulation. This article' ideas and methods not only have guidance effects on campus planning and continual improvement, but also a good reference.
