大学生创业教育中存在的问题及对策——以衡水学院为例

摘　　要：大学生创业教育是相对于就业教育而言的另一种人才培养模式。通过对衡水学院师生开展有针对性的调查,从学生、教育者、教育介体等方面分析创业教育中存在的问题,提出相应的可行性对策:完善创业教育课程结构;加强专业师资队伍建设;开展各种创业实践活动;探索形成自身特色的教育模式。Undergraduate entrepreneurship education is another kind of talents cultivation mode for employment education. With the targeted and specific survey of the teachers and students in Hengshui University, this paper tries to analyze the problems that exist in entrepreneurship education from the aspects of student, educator and education vector. And it also proposes some feasible strategies accordingly： improving the curriculum structure of entrepreneurship education, strengthening the construction of the professional teaching staff, creating the entrepreneurship atmosphere and carrying out entrepreneurship practice.
