高校文化创意产业人才的培养

摘　　要：文化创意产业的发展需要大量有智慧、有创造力和创新精神的人才,高校承担着文化创意产业人才培养的重要任务。在文化创意人才培养模式中,应明确定位,制订科学合理的教学计划;开放渗透,注重学科建设与创新平台建设;发挥优势,构建多元化的人才培养体系;制定措施,加强师资力量与设施建设。The development of cultural and creative industries needs a large number of talents with wisdom, creativity and innovation spirit. Universities, which shoulder the major responsibility for cultivating their graduates with these qualities, should clarify their orientation to make scientific and reasonable teaching plans, stick to open and penetrating principles and lay stress on the construction of both disciplines and innovation platforms, give play to the advantages to construct a diverse system for talents cultivation, formulate some measures to strengthen the construction of its faculty as well as its facilities.
