大肠癌中NDRG-1及P53的表达及其与肿瘤浸润转移的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨抑癌基因NDRG-1及P53在大肠癌组织中的表达及其与肿瘤浸润转移的关系。方法用免疫组化法检测NDRG-1及P53蛋白在大肠癌组织及正常大肠组织中的表达情况。结果 NDRG-1在大肠癌组织中的表达明显降低,与肿瘤浸润、淋巴转移情况密切相关(P<0.05)。P53(突变型)基因在大肠癌组织中的表达明显增高,与肿瘤浸润密切相关(P<0.05),而与肿瘤转移无关(P>0.05)。结论抑癌基因NDRG-1与P53(野生型)在大肠癌浸润过程中具有较为明显的协同或调控作用,在淋巴结转移过程中两者无明显的协同作用,NDRG-1与P53在大肠癌组织中的表达具有相关性。检测两基因对临床的大肠癌手术治疗及预后具有一定的参考意义。Objective To investigate the expression of NDRG-1,P53 tumor suppressor genes in colorectal carcinoma tissue and its relationship with tumor invasion and metastasis.Methods Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expression of NDRG-1 and P53 in colorectal carcinoma tissue and normal colorectal tissue.Results The expression of NDRG-1 in colorectal cancer tissue decreased significantly,and its closely related to the invasion and lymph node metas tasis of tumor（P〈0.05）.The expression of P53（mutant） in colorectal cancer tissue significantly increased,its closely relat ed to tumor-infiltrating（P〈0.05）,but unrelated with tumor metastasis（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Tumor suppressor gene P53 and NDRG-1（wild-type） have obvious synergy or regulation effect in the process of colorectal carcinoma invasion,but they have no obvious synergy in lymph node metastasis.The expression of NDRG-1 and P53 is relevant in colorectal cancer tissue.There are certain reference significance in colorectal cancer surgical treatment and prognosis by detection of the two genes.
