摘　　要：从中原经济区建设对人力资源的需求及实现全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会目标出发,论述了利用云计算技术,建设覆盖全省城乡的大型公共服务基础设施——河南远程教育公共服务云的必要性,在此基础上提出"一云多端,一库多用"的建设目标和基本设想。From the prospects of the demand of The Central Economic District construction on human resources and the realization of learning social goals with universal and lifelong learning, this paper discusses the necessity that using the cloud computing technology to build the large-scale public service infrastructure which cover urban and rural areas in Henan province-Henan distance education public service cloud. Based on this, the construction target and basic assumption of ＂one cloud with multi-terminal, one database with multi-application＂ are proposed in this paper.
