国家战略单元转换背景下的民族地区发展模式调整与战略升级——以“长吉图战略”中的延边州为例

摘　　要：当前中国空间发展的战略单元开始重组,过去相对疏离于国家战略和发展前沿的民族地区开始出现新的发展空间。与此相对应,"长吉图战略"中的延边州正在面临"后方"转"前沿"的模式调整机遇。同时,延边州向"延龙图"地区归核也成为延边州战略升级的关键举措。"延龙图"作为区域中心城市的功能释放将在相当程度上支撑"长吉图战略"获得实质性突破。Minority areas which were originally far away from the development frontier are now having new development spaces because of national strategy unit conversion.Accordingly,Yan-bian autonomous state embedding in the national strategy of Chang-ji-tu is now having a mode adjustment opportunity of ＇from rear to frontier＇.At the same time,Yan-long-tu area to become the core of Yan-bian state has become the key move of Yan-bian state＇s strategic promotion.The function release of Yan-long-tu area as the core of Yan-bian state will support a substantial breakthrough of Chang-ji-tu strategy.
