摘　　要：军队院校提高新学员强化训练期间的心理服务水平，是以人为本的现实需要。为此，要做到依据心理测试，了解心理特征；普及心理知识，提高心理素质；加强心理疏导，化解心理冲突；开展行为训练，增添心理活力。To improve the psychological services for new cadets during strengthening physical training is the military acade my human oriented need. Therefore, this paper puts forward that military academies should based on psychological tests to understand the psychological characteristics;make popularity of psychological knowledge to enhance the psyehlolgical quality; strengthen psychological counseling to resolve psychological conflicts; conduct behavioral training to add psycholog ical vitality.
