摘  要:选用270尾初重(6.43±0.03)g的健康奥尼罗非鱼,在基础饲料中分别添加750 mg/kg茴三硫(ATT)和600 mg/kg硫辛酸(LA),研究其对奥尼罗非鱼生长性能及抗氧化能力的影响。试验为期56 d。结果表明,茴三硫组和硫辛酸添加组的平均增重率、特定生长率和蛋白质效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,血清超氧化物歧化酶酶(SOD)活性和总抗氧化力(T-AOC)显著提高(P<0.05),且血清丙二醛(MDA)含量显著降低(P<0.05)。由此可见,硫辛酸和茴三硫均能显著提高奥尼罗非鱼的抗氧化能力和饲料利用率,促进鱼体生长。To investigate the effect of antioxidants on the growth and tantioxidant ability of hybrid tilapia (Ore-ochromis nilotic us xO.aure us ), two antioxidants (anethole trithione, 750 mg/kg ; lipoic acid, 600 mg/kg) were added to the di-et separately. Basal diet, as blank controller,was marked as control group.270 fishes with initial body weight (6.43 ± 0.03) g were fed with the above three experimental diets, respectively. After 56 d, the growth performance and blood biochemical index of each group were determined.The results showed that:the weight gain rate, specific growth rate and protein effi-ciency of two adding groups were significantly higher than those of control group.Moreover,the activity of superoxide dis- mutase and total antioxidant capacity of two adding groups were significantly increased and the malonic aldehyde content significantly decreased (P 〈 0.05).These results demonstrated that both the addition of anethole trithione and lipoic acid could apparently increase the growth performance and antioxidant ability of Oreochromis niloticus×O.aureus
