摘　　要：无线移动宽带的数据流量需求飞速增长,以LTE-Hi技术为代表的室内热点场景数据业务的小覆盖方案成为研究热点。本文首先简要分析了未来无线移动宽带的发展趋势、业务应用与市场需求,然后论证了基于TDD的LTE-Hi与移动蜂窝网络共同满足未来移动宽带需求的定位及相对其他技术的优势。结合场景需求和定位,本文给出LTE-Hi的总体技术需求,进而介绍了基于TD-LTE演进的LTE-Hi各项关键技术,并提出了LTE-Hi标准和产业发展路线与建议。With the explosion of mobile broadband （MBB） data traffic requirement, small cell solutions, such as LTE-Hi, for the indoor/hotspot scenarios become the hot topic in 3GPP. The development trends of wireless mobile broadband, including services and applications trends, marketing requirements were firstly analyzed. And then the target and the position of LTE-Hi in the mobile network were given, considering the relation of LTE-Hi and Marco coverage network. Privileges of LTE-Hi related to other technologies were also discussed. Based on the target and position, the general technical requirements and some of the key technology features of LTE-Hi were listed. In the end, standard and industry development routes of LTE-Hi were provided.
