版本信息的著录方法

摘　　要：版本信息是读者选择图书的重要依据。在著录版本信息时,编目人员可以将版本的记录性信息著录在205字段,将说明图书内容特点和变更的信息著录在200字段;在著录版次信息时,编目人员可以在905字段著录年代号,以区分图书的不同版次;在著录译著版本信息时,编目人员可以在200字段著录原版本信息作为题名说明。此外,对于无版本信息和版本信息不一致的图书,编目人员应该从方便读者的角度出发,科学合理地进行著录。The version information is an important basis of readers when they select books. In cataloguing the version information, cataloguers could catalogue the record information of the version in 205 field, and catalogue the information of content characteristics and the changing information in 200 field. In cataloguing the edition information, cataloguers could catalogue the year of the publication in 905 field, in order to distinguish the edition of books. In cataloguing the version information of translations, cataloguers could catalogue the original version information in 200 field as the title explication. In addition, when cataloguing books without the version information and with the inconsistent version information, cataloguers should carry out the scientific and reasonable description method to facilitate readers.
