摘　　要：高校图书馆是"团队的组合",团队是"能力的组合",构建好信息素养型团队核心能力素质模型具有重要作用。信息素养型馆员是团队的基础;高信息素养、良好的职业精神和团队精神,构成信息素养型团队的核心能力维度。在信息素养型团队核心能力素质模型基础上,全面推行团队管理,高校图书馆可以更专注于服务品质提升。Academic libraries are ＂teams combination＂ and the teams are ＂ability combination＂, building core competency model of information literacy type team has important guarantee function for it. The information literacy type librarians are the foundation of the librarians teams. High information literacy, good professional spirit and team spirit constitute the dimension of the core competency of the information literacy type team. Based on the model and the full implementation of the team management, academic libraries can fo- cus on enhancing the service quality. 9 refs.
