血塞通软胶囊改善脑梗死患者生活自理能力的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察血塞通软胶囊改善脑梗死患者生活自理能力的疗效和安全性。方法:将我院2009年1-9月110例脑梗死患者随机分成试验组(83例)和对照组(27例),试验组口服血塞通软胶囊,每次2粒(每粒100mg),每日3次,同时口服银杏叶胶囊模拟剂,每次2粒(每粒0.2g),每日3次;对照组口服银杏叶胶囊和血塞通软胶囊模拟剂,用法用量同试验组。2组疗程均为28d,比较2组患者治疗0、14、28d时日常生活自理能力总评分并评价安全性。结果:日常生活自理能力总评分2组患者组内14d与0d、28d与14d比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);各时间点组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组患者呼吸、体温、血压、心率等比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),且2组患者均未见严重不良反应发生。结论:血塞通软胶囊对脑梗死患者的生活自理能力有较大改善,且安全性也较好。OBJECTIVE： To observe the curative efficacy and safety of Xuesaitong soft capsule on the improvement of life self-care ability in patients with cerebral infarction. METHODS： 110 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital during Jan.-- Sep. 2009 were randomized into trial group （83 cases） and control group （27 cases）. Trial group was given Xuesaitong soft capsule （2 pieces, 100 mg each piece） and Ginkgo biloba simulated capsule （2 pieces, 0.2 g each piece） 3 times a day; control group was given same preparation as trial group with same dosage and usage. Treatment course of 2 groups lasted for 28 days. The life self-care ability score and safety of 2 groups were compared 0 d, 14 d, 28 d after treatment. RESULTS： There were statistic signifi- cance in life self-care ability score between 2 groups or in same group 0 d, 14 d, 28 d after treatment （P〈0.05） ; there was no statistical significance between 9. groups at different time points （P〉0.05）. There was no statistical significance in respiration, body temperature, blood pressure and heart rate between 2 groups （P〉0.05）, and no serious ADR was found in 2 groups. CONCLUSIONS： The improvement of life self-care ability with Xuesaitong soft capsule is very obvious for patients with cerebral infarction, with good efficacy and safety.
