摘  要:实验以清水处理为对照,研究SNP、H2O2、SNP+H2O2处理对次生盐碱土壤和残余盐碱土壤中马铃薯形态特征、水势、渗透调节物质含量和K+、Na+选择性吸收的影响。结果表明:(1)土壤盐碱化使马铃薯植株生物量减少,水势下降,脯氨酸和可溶性糖累积,Na+/K+吸收失衡,w(Na+)/w(K+)和SNa+K+增大;SNP、H2O2、SNP+H2O2处理缓解了盐碱土壤对马铃薯形态和渗透调节的影响,其效果为SNP+H2O2>H2O2>SNP>清水;SNP、H2O2、SNP+H2O2处理诱导了两种盐碱土壤中w(Na+)/w(K+)和SNa+K+降低;(2)NO和H2O2对马铃薯耐盐碱性诱导具有加性效果。说明外源NO和H2O2可减轻盐碱土壤对马铃薯渗透调节功能和Na+/K+吸收影响,缓解盐碱土壤对马铃薯生长发育的抑制,增强马铃薯对盐碱土壤的适应性。The water treatment as a control,the experiment studied the effect of SNP,H2O2,SNP+H2O2 treatment on potato morphological characteristics,water potential,osmotic adjustment matter content and K+/Na+ selective absorption in the Secondary Saline-alkali Soil and Residual Saline-alkali Soil.The results showed that:(1) Soil salinization made the potato biomass and water potential,proline decreased,soluble sugar accumulation,Na+/K+ absorption imbalance,w(Na+)/w(K+) and S Na+K+ values increased.(2) SNP,H2O2,SNP+H2O2 treatment alleviated Saline-alkali soil's effects on the potato morphological characteristics and osmotic adjustment,the effect was SNP+H2O2H2O2SNP water treatment;(3) SNP,H2O2,SNP+H2O2 treatment induced w(Na+)/w(K+) and SNa+K+ values decreased.4).It implyed that exogenous NO and H2O2 induced morphological changes,the lifting of proline and soluble sugar accumulation,regulating Na+/K+ absorption,ease the development of saline soils on potato growth inhibition,and the SNP and H2O2 also on saline soils slow release with the additive effects.
