摘  要:提出了一种利用改进粒子群算法来解决变电站选址定容的问题,在改进的方法中,通过对基本粒子群算法的惯性权值的研究和测试,将其由一个定值变为一个随着迭代次数而变化的量,有效的解决了粒子群算法在局部收敛上的问题;在模型上,将一些在选址定容中不可量化的因素引用到模型中,使量化因素和非量化因素紧密结合,共同作用于选址过程,使其科学合理;并通过实例规划实例验证了该文所提模型和方法正确性和有效性。In this paper, an improved particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm is presented to handle the substation locating and sizing problem. Through the research and testing of basic PSO algorithm, the inertia weight value is converted from a constant into a variable changing with the number of iterations, an effective solution to the local convergence problem of PSO algorithm. In Modeling, some unquantifiable factors in locating and sizing are introduced into the model to integrate closely with the quantifiable factors for the common purpose of scientific and reasonable substation locating. Practical planning projects have verified the correctness and validity of the proposed method.
