摘　　要：讨论了具有横向电阻的网格状电阻层结构的场发射阵列 ,因为场发射阵列发射的不均匀性以及异常发射都是妨碍场发射显示器发展的重大问题。电阻层的等效电阻有横向与纵向电阻之分 ,相互串接在阴极与微尖发射体之间。实验制得的场发射阵列器件 。Mesh shaped resistor layers in a field emission array (FEA) significantly affect the properties of electron emission,such as its emission uniformity,and its emission stability in a rather complicated way.In our theoretical analysis,the resistor mesh was classified into discrete lateral and vertical equivalent resistors,connected to cathode and/or the microtip,respectively.We found that optimization of the resistor grid layers may favorably improve the performance of an FEA.
