摘　　要：目的探讨老年患者腮腺巨大肿物切除术围术期的护理方法。方法对1例行腮腺巨大肿物切除术的老年患者施行术前心理护理、完善检查、皮肤准备,术后予观察生命体征、做好生活护理、疼痛护理、体位护理、引流管护理及并发症观察。结果患者术后恢复良好,无护理并发症出现。结论做好围术期护理对患者康复有重要意义。Objective To investigate the nursing methods of elderly patients with the resection of huge parotid gland neoplasm. Methods One case of elderly patient with the resection of huge parotid gland neoplasm was underwent the preoperative mental nursing, the perfection of inspection, and the preparation of the skin. Then the vital signs was observed, the life nursing, pain nursing, posture nursing, and drainage tube nursing were completed, the postoperative complications was observed. Results The patients recovered after the operation, no nursing complication occurred. Conclusion It is significant meaningful to do a good perioperative period nursing for patients of rehabilitation.
