医院中层干部民主测评信息化的实践与体会

摘　　要：指出目前民主测评存在单维的测评指标增大了失真的区间幅度;测评组织形式局限导致结果偏差;测评结果运用权威性不足等问题。结合医院实践,从确定测评指标、明确参评人员、明确测评方法、测评系统设计与实现以及持续改进等方面,就民主测评信息化实践进行了探讨。The paper pointed out problems in democratic appraisal at present, which included that one - dimensional evalua- tion index increased the interval of distortion magnitude; limitations on forms of evaluation organization caused deviation results; evaluation results lacked of authoritative. Combined with hospital practice, practice of democratic evaluation informatization was investigated from aspects of determining the evaluation index, clarifying eligible staff for evaluation and evaluation methods, evalu- ation system design and implementation, and its continuous improvement.
