摘  要:行星齿轮在变速箱中应用广泛,但其传动比和传动效率计算却比较复杂,根据行星结构运动特性方程和行星排的组合关系先计算传动比,然后以传动比和特性系数的关系式为基础,应用传动比法(克列伊涅斯法)计算行星齿轮变速箱在各个挡位的传递效率。Planetary gear of is widely used in gear box, but its calculation of transmission ratio and transmission efficiency is more complicated. The transmission ratio is calculated according to the motion characteristic equation of planetary structure and planetary combination relation. Then the transmission efficiency of planetary gear box is calcu- lated in every gear transmission by application the method of transmission ratio on the basis of the relationship formula of transmission ratio and characteristic coefficients.
