摘 要:干式双离合器是双离合器自动变速器的重要部件之一,其性能的好坏将直接影响自动变速器的动力传递性和换挡品质。为全面掌握干式双离合器的发展动态,在阐述其概念、特点和用途以及分析其结构和国内外研究现状后,总结6种结构的优缺点,指出开发过程中的技术难点,并提出其发展趋势,对今后干式双离合器的研究、开发提供一定的理论基础。Dry dual clutch is one of important components of the dual clutch transmission, and the transmission of the power and the quality of shifting of transmission are directly influenced by the performance of the dry dual clutch. In order to learn about the development trend of the dry dual clutch comprehensively, its concept and characteristics and applications are illustrated, its structure and current researches at home and broad are introduced, and the advan- tages and disadvantages of various structure are summarized, the technical difficulties in the process of design are point- ed out, and the development trend of the dry dual clutch is proposed. The theoretical foundation for the future research and development of the dry dual clutch is provided.
