摘　　要：目的评价肾上腺肿瘤的超声诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术及病理证实的45例肾上腺肿瘤患者的超声图像,对比超声诊断与病理诊断符合率。结果本组病例诊断符合率达89%,肾上腺肿瘤类型不同,其超声声像图显示大小、形态、内部回声等有不同特征。结论超声对肾上腺肿瘤有重要的诊断价值。Objective To explore the value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of adrenal tumors. Methods The ultrasonic images of forty-five patients with adrenal tumor confirmed by surgery and pathology were retrospectively analyzed. The coincidence rate between ultrasonic diagnosis and pathological results was analyzed. Results The co- incidence rate was found to be 89%. The imaging of different types of adrenal tumors showed distinctive characteris- tics in terms of size, shape, and internal echo. Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis has important application value in the diagnosis of adrenal tumors.
