自体血清结膜下注射治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨自体血清结膜下注射治疗过敏性结膜炎的疗效。方法:过敏性结膜炎64例,分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组32例,对照组32例。两组年龄、性别、临床表现及病因构成均无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗组使用自体血清结膜下注射,每周1次,4次为1疗程。对照组使用奥洛他定滴眼液,每天2次。结果:经过4wk的治疗,治疗组总有效率为84.4%,对照组总有效率90.6%。经统计学检验,两组差异无显著性(χ2=0.571,P>0.25)。结论:自体血清结膜下注射治疗过敏性结膜炎,与奥洛他定有相似的临床疗效。AIM： To discuss the therapeutic effect of autologous serum subconjunctival injection in treatment of allergic conjunctivitis.METHODS： Sixty-four cases of allergic conjunctivitis were divided into treatment group （32 cases） and control group （32 cases）, two groups had no significant difference in age, sex, clinical situation and causation of disease （P 0.05）. Autologous serum subconjunctival injection was used in the treatment group, one time a week, four times in one course of treatment. Olopatadine was used in control group, two times a day.RESULTS： After four weeks treatment, the cure rate in treatment group and control group was 84.4% and 90.6%, respectively.The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant （χ2=0.571, P0.25）.CONCLUSION： Treating allergic conjunctivitis with autologous serum subconjunctival injection has the same therapeutic effect as olopatadine.
