摘　　要：目的:比较应用玻璃离子水门汀、京津釉质粘合剂、光固化复合树脂三种材料制作个别垫的临床应用效果。方法:分别用玻璃离子水门汀、京津釉质粘合剂、光固化复合树脂制作45例90个个别垫,用磨耗脱落率、脱矿率进行性能评价。结果:光固化复合树脂组磨耗脱落率低,脱矿率三组间没有显著差异。结论:光固化复合树脂适合制作个别牙垫。Objective： To compare the clinical effect of individual splints made from three types of matirials： glass ionomer cement,enamel bonding agents and light-cured composite resin in orthodontic treatment. Method：90 individual splints made from above three types of matirials are experiented with the 45 patients. The failure rate and incidence of enamel decalcification were observed and evaluated before and after treatment. Result： Light-cured composite resin has low- er failure rates and similar effects on incidence of enamel decalcification compared with the other matirials. Conclusion： In- dividual splints made from Light-cured composite resin has superior effect in orthodontic treatment.
