摘　　要：许多学者在研究中发现,在教育信息化过程中,教学资源的建设在无论在数量还是在使用效率上都远跟不上硬件设施的建设;就其产生这种现象的主要原因值得探讨。通过大量查阅许多专家的相关研究并结合近年来对部分学校的调研发现,在教学资源的建设和使用过程中过多地依赖专业人员而没有充分调动其他普通学科教师的积极性是其主要原因。只有当教学资源能做到共建共享才能解决在建设数量和使用效率上的提高,基于云计算的智慧校园将为教学资源的共建共享搭建了新的教育教学服务平台。In the process of education information, many scholars in the study found that teaching resources are far behind the hardware facilities construction in the number of non-recognition or efficiency, the main reason for this phenomenon need to be explored. Access to a large number of the many experts and recent research on the part of the school, It is the main reason in the process of the construction and use of teaching resources, that is too much reliance on the professionals did not fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the other ordinary subject teachers. Teaching resources to solve a number of constructions and use efficiency when it do to build shared, Wisdom campus based on cloud computing will build a new teaching service platform for building and sharing of teaching resources.
