摘　　要：拉美地区必将成为中国未来重要的战略伙伴,是中国企业"走出去"的重要目标市场,中拉合作发展也是实现中拉长期持续稳定增长的关键,开创拉美研究新局面是时代发展的需要。从目前状况来看,拉美研究是我国区域和国别研究的薄弱领域之一,还面临着许多亟待解决的问题。未来拉美研究需要更多的研究人员和研究机构持续共同努力,也需要政府和企业积极参与;要不断扩展拉美研究内容,为理解拉美世界、促进中拉交流、推动中拉经贸合作及实现中国发展而做出应有的贡献;要广泛吸收多学科的优势,逐步构建多样化研究范式,改进研究方法,推动拉美研究不断走向深入。Latin America will become an important strategic partner of China in the future. The coopera- tion of Sino-Latin American is the key point of realizing the long-term steady growth each other. Creating a new situatidn of Latin American studies is necessary for the era of development. From the current situa- tion, studying Latin American is still a weak area in studies on region and nationality, which faces many problems to be solved urgently. Future Latin American studies need more researchers and research institu- tions continue to work hard together, also requires the government and enterprises to actively participate in. The content of Latin American studies should be expanded to make more contributions on the under- standing of Latin America, promoting the communication and trade cooperation of Sino-Latin American. Latin America studies should widely absorb muhidisciplinary advantages, gradually build a research para- digm of diversity, improve the research method to promote Latin American Studies continue to go deeper.
