摘 要:为探讨不同植物生长调节剂在番茄穴盘集约化育苗中的效果,以番茄品种中杂9号(晚熟品种)和中杂109(早熟品种)为试材,研究了不同植物生长调节剂处理对番茄穴盘幼苗的壮苗指数、G值、现蕾时间和幼苗含水量等生物学性状的影响。结果表明:处理7(15%多效唑可湿性粉剂1 000倍+1.8%爱多收水剂5 000倍,7d后重复喷施1次爱多收)、处理8(20%超级矮丰王可湿性粉剂2 000倍+1.8%爱多收水剂5 000倍,7d后重复喷施1次爱多收)、处理9(250g/L助壮素3 750倍+1.8%爱多收水剂5 000倍,7d后重复喷施1次爱多收)的番茄幼苗壮苗指数分别为0.036、0.031、0.034,极显著高于对照(清水)的壮苗指数,成苗(58d苗龄)的G值分别为0.019、0.020、0.025,与对照差异不显著;采用处理8对提早番茄现蕾时间效果最好。通过多目标综合评价,处理8可获得最优质的番茄穴盘幼苗。In order to investigate the influence of plant growth regulators on intensive tomato plug seedlings, two tomato varieties, Zhongza 9 (late-maturing) and Zhongza 109 (early-maturing), were used to investigate the influence of plant growth regulators on sound seedling index, G value, bud- ding time, and seedling water content under tomato plug technology. The results showed that the sound seedling index of treatment 2, treatment 9,and treatment 8 was significantly increased. The G value of the sound seedlings(58 days old) was 0. 019,0. 020 and 0. 025,respectively. The early maturing characters of seedlings in treatment 8 were obviously raised both for late-maturing and early-maturing varieties. Comprehensive multi-objective evaluation showed that the plug seedlings of the highest quality were obtained with treatment 8.
