摘　　要：坐骨神经痛在临床上分为根性和干性两种,根性坐骨神经痛是腰骶神经根受损后产生炎性水肿而造成的疼痛,滞针法应用于临床治疗该症,疗效颇佳。Sciatic was divided into radicular and dry sex two kinds in clinical,radicular sciatica was caused by inflammatory edema that produced after lumbosacral nerve root injury,the needle method used in clinical treatment of the disease receiving good efficacy.
