摘　　要：旅游景区商标抢注事件在我国频繁发生,贵州也不例外,危害非常严重,究其产生原因是多方面的。旅游景区商标屡遭抢注,不仅有旅游景区方面的原因,还与我国商标法律制度不完善有直接关系。解决旅游景区商标抢注问题应从多方面入手。Tourist attraction＇ s trademark snatch-register incidents occur frequently in China, Guizhou province is of no excep- tion. Its harm is extremely serious, and there are many reasons for the problem. Not only the ignorance of tourist attractions, but also China＇s imperfect trademark law has a direct relationship with it. To resolve tourist attraction＇s trademark snatch-register problem, a multi-pronged approach is necessary.
