Vitapex糊剂在干髓术后根管再治疗根管内用药的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察Vitapex糊剂在干髓术后根管再治疗根管内用药的临床疗效。方法选取门诊干髓术后患者64名,磨牙66颗。按就诊顺序随机分为两组:Vitapex糊剂治疗组33颗牙;甲醛甲酚对照组33颗牙。观察比较两者在封药后发生根管治疗期间疼痛(EIAE)的情况。结果 Vitapex糊剂治疗组发生EIAE为3%,而甲醛甲酚对照组为21.2%。Vitapex糊剂治疗组明显优于甲醛甲酚对照组,两者有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 Vitapex糊剂在干髓术后根管再治疗过程中能有效减少EIAE的发生。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of vitapex paste on Root canal retreatment of teeth with pulp mummification. Methods 66 molars that had treated with pulp mummification were selected for root canal retreatment. 33 molars were divided into Vitapex group and FC group. The study was performed to investigate the incidence of endodontic interappointment emergencies （EIAE）. Results The incidence of EIAE observed in Vitapex group was 3% and 21.2% in FC group. The EIAE incidence in FC group was significantly higher than that in Vitapex group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Vitapex paste could effectively reduce the incidence of EIAE on Root canal retreatment of teeth with pulp mummification.
