摘　　要：在就业形势日趋严峻的背景下,大学生个人的职业能力无疑是毕业生实现就业的最有效武器。广西建设职业技术学院坚持以社会需求为导向,依托行业办学优势,与行业企业共建了一批毕业生就业见习基地,为毕业生职业实践能力的训练与提高探索出了一条新的路子。As the employment situation is becoming increasingly grim, college students personal career capabilities are the most effective weapons to achieve employment. Relying on the advantages of the industry, Guangxi Polytechnic of Construction ad- hered to the needs of the market--oriented, built a group of graduate employment training bases cooperating with industries and enterprises. This explores a new way of practicing graduates ＇ career capabilities.
