摘 要:研制了一种不含贵重金属钼、镍、铜低合金耐磨铸钢,该钢经920℃×2h空淬+260℃×2.5h空冷回火热处理后,获得了下贝氏体+马氏体+残余奥氏体+ε碳化物复相组织.下贝氏体呈细长针状,马氏体呈粗短针状,残留奥氏体呈簿膜条状,碳化物呈细小条状.下贝氏体含量约为19%、马氏体含量约为67%时,实验钢的硬度高达51.6HRC,冲击韧性亦为62J/cm2,获得了较好的强韧匹配性,耐磨性是高铬铸铁的1.56倍.Developed a kind of low alloy wear-resistant cast steel, which is free of precious metal molybdenum, nickel, copper. After 920 ℃×2hir quenching + 260℃×2.5 h empty cold tempering heat treatraent, the lower hainite + martensite + residual austenite + ε car-bide duplex structure were obtained. Lower bainite is elongated needle, martensite is stub needle, retained austenite is film strip, carbide is tiny stripe, Lower bainite content is about 19%, martensite content is about 67%, the experimental steel hardness up to 51.6 HRC, impacl tough hess also for 62 j/cm2. Strong matching resistance were also oblained. The wear resistance is 1.56 times of high chromium cast iron.
