化育无形——中国传统文化对师专生私德培养的意义

摘　　要：中国传统文化对师专生的私德培养有着重要的意义。私德是指个人生活所应遵循的道德规范。"慎独"与"反身内求"的精神对师专生良好习惯和优良作风的形成有指明路向的作用;"孝悌"观念在处理现代家庭关系的启发意义是以积极为主流;"中庸之道"能令现代的邻里关系更富于温情化;而"尚义轻利"的价值取向是疗治现代大学生畸形爱情观的一剂良方。中国传统文化对师专生的私德滋养犹如春雨,润物有声,化育无形。Chinese traditional culture has a great significance on normal college students＇ morality cultivation. Private virtue refers to the ethics that individuals should follow in daily life. Among the Chinese traditional culture doctrines, ＂cautiousness alone＂ and ＂introspection＂ can cultivate students＇ good habit and life attitude, ＂filial thought＂ of Confucianism can enlighten the positive handling of the modem family relationship, and ＂the doctrine of the mean＂ can harmonize the neighborhood relationship. Moreover, Confucianists＇ ＂ upholding loyalty and neglecting personal interests＂ can rebuild college students＇ unhealthy views on love. Chinese traditional culture on cultivating normal college students＇ private virtue is of imperceptibility, but its effect is of visibility in the end.
