摘　　要：针对高职"工学结合"人才培养质量要求和课程考核存在的问题,提出了通过基于过程控制的高职课程形成性考核档案体系,说明了考核档案的组成、考核重点、考核类型等,重点从控制的角度,详细设计了一套完整的形成性考核档案模板。In the light of higher vocational ＂Work-study Combination＂ talents cultivation quality requirements and curriculum assessment problems, higher vocational curriculum formative assessment archives system based on process control was proposed, the examination of archival composition, appraisal, appraisal types and etc, were illustrated, from the control point as a key, a complete set of formative assessment file template was designed in the detail.
