摘  要:以丰悦、翠玉、沁香、米良1号为母本,以楚源M1、楚源M3、楚源M5、帮增1号为父本,研究了不同授粉品种对不同猕猴桃品种籽油含量及成分的影响。结果表明:采用不同授粉品种,对猕猴桃雌性品种的果实生长发育都有较大影响。雄性美味猕猴桃授粉可以增加出籽率、种子千粒重,但整体上对α-亚麻酸含量影响不大,对角鲨烯的积累也不利;楚源M1不利于提高种子大小等性状,但对提高α-亚麻酸相对含量有一定作用,在增加角鲨烯含量方面效果显著。Taking Fengyue, Cuiyu, Qinxiang and Milang No.1 as female parent and Chuyuan M1, Chuyuan M3, Chuyuan M5 and Bangzeng No.1 as male parent to study influences of different pollinated varieties on oil content and components of kiwifruit seeds from different varieties. The results showed that using different pollinated varieties had huge influences on development of female kiwifruit; pollinating with female parents Chuyuan M5 and Bangzeng No.l can increase seed producing rate and thousand seed weight, but had little influence on content of α-linolenic acid and disbenefit to accumulation of squalene in generally; Chuyuan M1 was not benefit to improving character of seed size, but had a little effect on improving relative content of α-linolenic acid, and had significant effect on increasing content of squalene.
