摘　　要：目的:分析乳腺癌患者住院费用主要影响因子,为控制医疗费用过度增长提供参考。方法:广州某三甲医院2007～2011期间1392例出院首要诊断为乳腺癌患者住院费用因子分析。结果:影响乳腺癌患者住院费用的主要因子为药品费、治疗费、手术费、检验费、床位费和特检费。结论:规范乳腺癌患者合理用药,合理缩短住院天数,发展乳腺癌早期筛查,早发现早治疗,减少不必要的检验,以降低费用。Objective： To study the hospitalization expense and its main influencing factors of the breast cancer patients,and to provide the suggestions for controlling the unduly rapid increase of medical expense appropriately.Methods： The effective medical record of the 1392 breast cancer patients in one hospital in Guang Zhou from 2007 to 2011 were collected,and factor analysis was applied.Results： The major influencing factors included medicine,treatment,surgical fees,inspection fees,bed charges,and special inspection fees.Conclusion： Controlling medicine expenses,reducing unnecessary examination and laboratory test,and reducing the hospital stay rationally must be especially decreased the medical expenses.
